Delete my account.

You can delete your Shynit account at any time, here on the website or in the app.

On the website

Sign in with your mobile number, then confirm with a code we text you.

In the app

  1. 01Open the Shynit app and sign in.
  2. 02Go to your account settings.
  3. 03Choose delete my account, and confirm.

Before you go

Finish or cancel any open bookings first. If you have a membership, cancel it in your account so it does not renew. You can also download a copy of your data from your account before it is deleted.

How long we keep records we are required to keep, such as payment records, is set out in the privacy policy.
