Cancelling or rescheduling a booking

Free while we are still finding your Shyner. Until someone accepts your booking, you can cancel or reschedule at no cost.

Free until 60 minutes before your booking. After a Shyner is confirmed, changes are free up to one hour before your booking time.

Within 60 minutes: a 20% fee. Cancelling or rescheduling inside the last hour costs 20% of the service price, because your Shyner has kept that time for you. This applies to bookings covered by a membership too, since the Shyner loses the slot either way.

Once your Shyner has arrived: a 30% fee, paid to your Shyner for their time.

You can reschedule a booking up to twice. The app always shows you the exact fee, if any, before you confirm a change.
