Refunds always go back to the card or wallet you paid with. We will notify you as soon as we issue one, and it appears in your transaction history in the app.
Once issued, a refund usually reaches your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If you think you are owed a refund, contact us below with the booking reference.
