Why was I charged this amount?

The price you confirmed is the price you pay. Before you book, the app shows a quote with the full total. When you confirm, we lock in that exact figure.

Your total can include:

• The services you chose for your vehicle.
• A travel fee, only when your address is more than 15 km from your Shyner. Travel within 15 km is free.
• Discounts from a promo code or your membership, shown as separate lines.

Something extra on your statement? A cancellation or reschedule inside the last hour adds a fee (see Cancelling or rescheduling a booking). If you still do not recognise a charge, contact us below with the booking reference and we will look into it.
