When is my card charged?

When you book, we place a hold on your card for the quoted total. This checks the payment will go through, but no money is taken yet. Your bank may show it as pending.

We charge your card when the visit is completed. If the booking is cancelled without a fee, the hold is released. How quickly it disappears from your statement depends on your bank, usually within a few business days.
